You should also use the built-in features on your phone, which will help you set time limits on each app and notify you when you've reached that limit. Try to avoid quitting phone usage abruptly, as it may be difficult to maintain; instead, gradually reduce your screen time by 10–15 minutes each day. If you're going to put your phone down, you'll need to fill the time through other hobbies such as reading or a form of exercise. Lastly, you can reduce your screen time by designating certain rooms in your home as phone-free areas, allowing you to spend more time with loved ones.
