Penis filler, a cosmetic procedure designed to enhance size and appearance, is growing in popularity as more men embrace aesthetic treatments. However, experts like Dr. Jason Emer warn that complications are becoming increasingly common due to unqualified providers. Emer, who has performed the procedure since 2007, says he now treats three to five patients daily—over half seeking corrections for botched treatments. Patients have reported severe issues, including deformities, shame-induced isolation, and even necrosis. Aesthetic nurse practitioner Chris Bustamante notes that many complications stem from procedures done abroad or by providers who lack proper training. Despite the risks, some men speak openly about their positive experiences, citing boosted self-confidence. Still, others, after enduring traumatic results, are opting to forgo further treatments entirely.
